3M™ QT-II Terminal TB31-QT20/185, Medium Voltage kit for indoor applications for MV Umax 24 kV single-core polymer cables. Thanks to the self-shrinking silicone rubber insulating body, it offers a simple and safe solution for terminating MV cables.
3M™ QTII Series Medium Voltage Terminals are designed using a unique cold application system. The insulators have a monobloc structure and are supplied expanded on a removable spiral support to offer simplicity and efficiency of application. The electric field control system is integrated into the isolator body to avoid complex operations during installation. The specific properties of the silicone rubber insulating body allow it to cover a wide range of cable sections at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C. The 3M™ QTII Series Terminals meet and exceed the requirements of the European standard CENELEC HD 629.1.
