Radius - Indoor siren and emergency light The radius self-powered indoor siren is more properly a professional-level acoustic and luminous warning device that features a unique and exclusive design, extremely compact and thin (only 37 mm at the thickest point) together with cutting-edge technology, to obtain excellent performance with maximum energy savings: high sound pressure, 3W LED flasher that also functions as an emergency light. This alarm siren is completely managed by a microcontroller that checks all the siren's conditions and signals them appropriately. Radius, like the ergo keypad, has been designed to be extremely versatile also from a chromatic point of view, so that it can integrate perfectly into any architecture and interior design: in fact, its minimalist design and the 4 colour variants made available as standard allow easily, even the end user, to change the colour at will, choosing between white, metallic grey, red and black. From a functional point of view, the radius indoor alarm siren has 2 inputs to activate the acoustic and luminous signals, easily can be combined with any alarm control panel thanks to the programming of the input polarity. When switched on for the first time, the siren reads all the inputs and matches the correct standby state without the need to program them manually, saving the programming itself on a non-volatile memory, whether they are inputs with positive or negative command, intrinsically safe or not (missing or giving command), radius matches the appropriate operation to each of the 2 inputs. The battery is constantly monitored: its malfunction or discharge is immediately reported to the control panel. In addition to protection against wire cutting, radius is guaranteed and protected against opening and removal from the wall (anti-sabotage). In the version with communication on KS-BUS (only for lares series control panels) it includes a temperature sensor for displaying the internal temperature on the keypad and for home automation applications.
