The use of the PMP-30 marking elements is extremely simple: the marking is composed with the appropriate tools and inserted directly into the window of the PM tubes. Once inserted, the elements remain protected by the tube which makes them resistant to water, alcohol, acidic and alkaline substances and numerous solvents. The insertion window allows the elements to be inserted even into tubes already mounted on wired cables; at the same time, it is possible to make corrections without intervening on the wiring. The marking elements are available in white and yellow, with the markings printed in black, and coloured, according to the international code provided for by the IEC 757 standard.
