X3M D6 - Energy Data Manager

X3M D6 is an extremely versatile and precise microprocessor-based Energy Data Manager designed to satisfy the most sophisticated applications for monitoring electrical parameters and managing electrical energy consumption in industrial settings.

The measurements, in True-RMS value , are obtained by continuously sampling the voltage and current waveforms, thus ensuring maximum precision even in the presence of rapidly variable loads over time (e.g. spot welders) and the suitability of the instrument for power quality supervision functions.

A patented digital measurement system with automatic scaling on the current inputs and an offset compensation system for the internal amplifiers ensure maximum measurement accuracy regardless of the signal level and operating environmental conditions.

X3M D6 is equipped with a large capacity data memory for recording data for load curve analysis and recording events related to the quality of energy supply according to the EN50160 standard.

The X3M D6 is also an evolutionary instrument that adapts to the customer's needs even after installation. Two expansion ports allow you to choose the data transmission method by simply connecting optional modules (Ethernet, RS232, RS485, Analog, I/O), while the instrument's architecture allows for firmware changes to be implemented via on-site uploads at any time with the aim of expanding or replacing existing features with new and different ones.

Simplicity

A large, high-contrast LCD display with white LED backlighting allows the simultaneous reading of 4 measurements and their identifying symbol with high-visibility characters.

The 9-button keypad with clear function indications allows for simple and intuitive use of the instrument. A red calibration control LED on the front panel pulses with a frequency proportional to the active energy imported to verify field calibration using optical instruments.

Versatility

It is suitable for application on any type of network , three-phase, 3 and 4 wires, symmetrical or asymmetrical, balanced or unbalanced, single-phase, two-phase, low and medium voltage, with 1, 2 or 3 CTs as well as for measurements on 2 and 4 quadrants (import/export). Simple keyboard programming allows you to set all the operating parameters such as network type, LV/MV, CT ratio and any VTs (free value), integration time (1-60 min.) and alarms (thresholds, delay, hysteresis), digital outputs and configuration parameters of the connected optional modules.
