The DCD-AE3 is a rate-of-rise heat detector with a fixed 60°C temperature element that uses a thermistor and linearization circuit to provide an accurate linear response heat detector. The DCD-AE3 is ideal for use in medium temperature environments, such as dryers or where smoke detectors are unsuitable due to the presence of steam or cooking fumes such as in a kitchen.
