-CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MATERIALS

EN AW-6060 extruded aluminum structure, pole head and base in aluminium

primary die-cast EN AB-44100 with high resistance to oxidation.

Tumbling process to prepare for the painting phase.

A4 stainless steel screws with a high molybdenum content of 2.5-3%.

Annealed silicone gaskets.

Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:

1) BONDERITE treatment with chemical protection of material

metal-free fluozirconium containing ceramic nanoparticles that

they create a cohesive, inorganic, high density layer.

2) PRE-POLYMERISATION cycle with primer application

epoxy with characteristics of overpainting on the device and of

high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc.

3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of polyester powder

with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents,

with resistance to salt spray test of 1500h.

UV stabilized polycarbonate diffuser, with light control

directed downwards and vandal-proof.
