Extra-resistant painting carried out in 3 phases: 1) BONDERITE treatment with a chemical protection of metal-free fluorozirconic material containing ceramic nanoparticles that create a cohesive, inorganic, high-density layer. 2) PRE-POLYMERIZATION cycle with application of the epoxy primer with characteristics that make the luminaire easy to paint over and highly resistant to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc. 3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of bonded polyester powder with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents, with resistance to the salt spray test for 1500h. Mechanical resistance of the glass IK 06 - LIGHTING PERFORMANCE Optical reflector in 99.98% pure aluminum, turned, anodized and polished. Diffuser in opalized and dotted tempered glass. Light source, with fixed lamp position. Efficiency 15% - INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE Installation is easy thanks to the predisposition of the polypropylene formwork.
