MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Body in die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminum with high resistance to oxidation. Bollard structure in extruded EN AW-6060 aluminum with high resistance to oxidation.  Tumbling process to prepare for the painting phase. Screws made of A4 stainless steel with a high molybdenum content of 2.5-3%. Gaskets made of annealed silicone.
Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:
1) BONDERITE treatment with a metal-free fluorozirconic chemical protection material containing ceramic nanoparticles that create a cohesive, inorganic, high-density layer. 2) PRE-POLYMERIZATION cycle with application of an epoxy primer with characteristics that allow the device to be overpainted and with high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc. 3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of polyester powder with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents, with resistance to the salt spray test for 1200 hours. INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Outdoor products must be used with plastic stake accessories or a flange for concrete. They cannot be installed directly on the ground or directly on concrete plinths without accessories because contact between the two materials can cause undesirable accelerated oxidation of the fixture. Product wiring must strictly comply with specifications. Loop-in/loop-out wiring, where not provided for by the fixture, creates moisture infiltration that, when in contact with the electrical wires, can accelerate the oxidation process.
