with high resistance to oxidation.

316L with a high molybdenum content of 2.5-3%.

Screws in A4 stainless steel with a high molybdenum content of 2.5-3%.

Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:

1) BONDERITE treatment with chemical protection of the material

metal-free fluozirconium containing ceramic nanoparticles that

create a cohesive, inorganic, high-density layer.

2) PRE-POLYMERIZATION cycle with application of the primer

epoxy with characteristics of overpaintable on the appliance and of

high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc.

3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of polyester powder

with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents,

with salt spray test resistance of 1500h.

Supplied with polypropylene formwork prepared for cable entry from

2) accommodate the IP68 quick connector;

3) Easily perform appliance removal for maintenance.

-WIRING

Piece of H07RN-F type power cable closed by the

PG 13.5 cable gland (Ø 6÷12 mm), sealed with epoxy resin

two-component and internally wired with cables covered by sheaths

silicone glass protectors.

The M20 quick connector (Ø 5÷14 mm) IP68 is supplied as standard for

single through connection, to be housed inside the formwork.

Changing the headlamp without completely removing the device.
