Body in die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminum with high resistance to oxidation. Bollard structure in extruded EN AW-6060 aluminum with high resistance to oxidation. Tumbling process for preparation for the assembly phase.Painting. Screws in A4 stainless steel with a high molybdenum content of 2.5-3%. Annealed silicone gaskets.
Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:
1) BONDERITE treatment with a metal-free fluozirconic chemical protection material containing ceramic nanoparticles that create a cohesive, inorganic, high-density layer. 2) PRE-POLYMERIZATION cycle with application of an epoxy primer with characteristics that allow the device to be overpainted and with high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc. 3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of polyester powder with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents, with resistance to the salt spray test for 1200 hours.
